HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION AND MEDICARE
Association Health Care Plan
MOCPA, in conjunction with the Missouri Chamber Federation and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, now offers an Association Health Care plan available to small group employers who are members of a qualifying Chamber of Commerce, and have between 2-50 eligible employees. This plan brings small businesses together into a larger, self-funded pool in order to get lower, more stable insurance rates. In addition to Anthem’s stop loss coverage, the plan offers competitive, medically underwritten rates; fixed, predictable monthly payments; a variety of plan designs, including 10 PPO and three HSA options; Anthem’s Blue Access, Blue Access Choice and Blue Preferred networks; coverage for claims run-out/terminal liability coverage; and streamlined administration.
Health Plans and Self-Funded Health Plans
In addition to ACA fully-insured health plan options through Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna and Humana, MOCPA provides small groups the option of an ACA-compliant, ERISA self-funded major medical plan design that can save 10-30 percent on annual premiums. These plans offer one predictable monthly payment; protection with stop-loss insurance, should your group’s claims be higher than expected; and day-to-day plan management.
Dental and Vision Insurance
Through Delta Dental, MOCPA members have the freedom to visit the network dentist of their choice and to select any dentist on a treatment-by-treatment basis. Other benefits include no waiting periods, no balance billing, and an open enrollment period. Click here for more information about dental benefits, and click here for an application form. DeltaVision offers members customer-focused solutions for today’s cost-conscious environment. These eye health benefit plans are customized to meet your needs for service, value, access and choice.
